Remote Administrator Install ODBC Error

Is anyone then (following fixing the odd requirement to specify the listening port above) receiving the following error: "The specified database was not used for this purpose before or it is corrupted." Well, yes, it's never been used before. Installing on an existing SQL Server Express instance, but ERA has not yet been installed.
