Dear marcos i allready try that in safe mode and use eset uninstall tool but No supported application this error give and i try to installed then error is allready install i share screen shot pls help me figure out this problem

I have a windows 7 OS, trying to install ESET Smart Security but I get the message: "a latest version of ESET Internet Security is already installed on this computer" Even when I try to install the ESET security I get the same error: "a latest version of eset smart security is already installed on this computer" I have allready use internet security but license expire so i purchase smart security. now at this time no internet security install in my but same error give pls help me guys
