Hi, As per now , we only able to delete the older log with the console policy under TOOLS>LOG FILES>DELETE RECORDS AUTOMATICALLY > DELETE RECORD OLDER THAN (DAYS) However, We would to have a command to clear up logging .dat file manually for technician diagnostic purpose. As per your information, we know that , we could done it by delete all log file via interface, however not all the technician has the password to access the GUI interface . We only allow the technician to access via windows command line. Thank you
  2. Hi, May I know how do I collect diagnostic logs of Device Control and Web Control of every client PC from console ? is there any command to run from console ?
  3. HI Marco, May i know the module with a fix need to distributed to every client or simply a update for the PROTECT Server ? We rolled back to PROTECT 8 due we lost the Full Web Report after the Major Update, it affected more than 700 Users in our company, and our Top Management not happy with that. However we unable to create a new Group category when we rolled back to PROTECT 9.
