Hi Marcos, Yes for sure, this is the output [postadmin@server] ~/virus-scanner-test $ /opt/eset/eea/bin/odscan --scan --profile="@In-depth scan" company.zip [postadmin@server] ~/virus-scanner-test $ echo $? 10 We checked the meaning of the exit code and here it is: Exit codes 0 no threat found 1 threat found and cleaned 10 some files could not be scanned (may be threats) 50 threat found 100 Error Would you please review the virus scanner configuration and let us know if you find what could be causing this issue?   4. Dear Support, We tried to upload a Zip via the web client, which caused a error, We disabled the virus scanner and tried to upload again, and it worked. So, we uploaded the same file to the server and ran the ESET on-demand scanning command , which returned an exit code of 10. Question: how can we prevent this from happening? A lot of users of our customer work on MacOS and we can not force them to remove those folders (too many people in different organizations). Best Regards Youness OUJDID
