Dear Support,
We tried to upload a Zip via the web client, which caused a error, We disabled the virus scanner and tried to upload again, and it worked.
So, we uploaded the same file to the server and ran the ESET on-demand scanning command , which returned an exit code of 10.
Question: how can we prevent this from happening? A lot of users of our customer work on MacOS and we can not force them to remove those folders (too many people in different organizations).
