    Yes, first scan completed, and I use the Version 7.

    At least you could detect the same problem.

     

    A colleague of mine has a similar Samsung SSD disk but didn't encounter any performance issue after installing v8. Does renaming C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ehdrv.sys and C:\Windows\System32\drivers\eamonm.sys in safe mode, one at a time, make a difference?

     

     

    Well, I removed the version 7 and did the test again with version 8, the same problem occurs.

    One possible solution was disable Scan on File open and File creation (Image on the link below)

    In this way I have no loss of performance, and it works as if I had disabled the antivirus.

    Just to give my opinion on the performance of the system with NOD32.

    Here I have a performance drop using the Samsung EVO 500GB SSD with NOD32 version 7 and real-time protection enabled.

    So there really is a drop in performance.

     

    Did you run a first time scan on this SSD before running that benchmark ? And are you using V8 ??

     

    Strange thing for me was that my benchmark actually slowed down when protection disabled :blink:
