Purchased the 2 year 2 pc license and never got my acitvation email. I had to have it sent on the lost license page. Well the system keeps emailing me 2 trial username/passwords with EXPIRED expiration dates.
NONE of the phone numbers work, you get an automated voice that says "Sorry that extension is not available". And of course the live online chat page never loads either.
I'll NEVER purchase from eset EVER again. I'll be going to the better business bureau to get my refund since none of esets communication channels is open for their customers. RIDICULOUS.
