Did you try with other browser? Do you have any addons installed in Chrome?

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome with no themes or extensions.

Hello,

I use ESET Mobile Security on my phone and I have the Anti-Theft mode activated. I also installed the SMS Tool to control my phone more easily in case if it is not connected to the internet.

I added 3 trusted contacts, but when I wanted to test these commands, these didn't had an effect on the phone. For example, I tried "eset lock (my password)", but the phone wasn't locked. I also mention that the app has administrator privileges.

How can I solve this problem? My phone is an Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, with Android 10.
