HI I have a users laptop which won't boot into windows which has the drive encrypted using the Deslock system, I've created a recovery image, which I can run, its works through the process of decrypting the files, gets to the end of the process but says it can't repair the MBR. Is it possible for be to boot the system using an unbuntu usb stick and run the recovery inside unbuntu to recover the files I need to get at?
