  1. The DSN was created in "system dsn" or "user dsn" ? Could you attach a screenshot of mysql odbc configuration (button configure...) Also, you can try to install another odbc connector (this one was tested on a 2012 server few month ago) : 32 bits : hxxp://www.mysql.com/downloads/mirror.php?id=411292 64 bits : hxxp://www.mysql.com/downloads/mirror.php?id=411299 With this connection string : Driver={MySQL ODBC 5.2w Driver};Server=localhost;Database=esetradb
  2. Hello, I recommend using DSN name instead of full string in ERA Maintenance Tool/Setup DSN=ESET_ERA_DB Let me know if it works.
  3. Hello, According to this thread on the official forum you should try this workaround : Double click the ESET icon to open up the GUI, and select "Setup" on the left hand side. Scroll to the bottom and select "Enter advanced setup..." Expand "Web and Email", then expand "Protocol Filtering" Select "Excluded applications" On the right hand side, check the box next the corresponding path to the SWTOR launcher. Click "Ok" at the bottom to save your settings. Let us know if it works. Thanks,
  4. Hello i'm Mehdi from French support care, 1) You will have to pay a licence for each system who run at the same time, but if it's just a replication or something it's not neccesary. 2)You should protect your windows VM in priority, but you can also protect your linux host, it's up to you. 3) If you protect your linux host, all your windows vm will not be protected correctly because the product for linux is not build for this. so if you protect your host, you should know that eset don't support indepth analyse of vmdk files(can't read guest OS disk). If you have more questions, you can contact us by this form (in french) : hxxp://support.athena-gs.fr/demande_de_support.php?editeur=eset or by email : support@eset-nod32.fr
