Yes it is resolving the DNS and I am able to ping the both

This only happen with one desktop. hostname and DNS are configured properly. can you guide me the alternative.

I have installed the Eset endpoint security on windows desktop but not able to find in Management Center in lost and find category. but when I try to repair Eset management agent it is tell the administrator password wrong, when I check with password it is right not able to understand what is the issue. This is only happening on one desktop. Note :I have already uninstalled and install it again. Can any one help me out too resolve this issue ?
