  1. @itman No, I've tried to update it but my VM version doesn't allow, so I'm currently on version 1909 (November 2019), with Windows Update up to date. I'll try to get someone else to test it for me on a Win 10 outside of the virtual environment and on the newest version. @Marcos I've attached the diagnostics folder generated from the testing and a mp4 file of the demonstration. Thank you both for the help and quick replies so far! Diagnostics.zip demonstration.zip
  2. @itman immediately after the install, in the setup tab, the toggle is blue and has a spinning cog animation. What I meant is that I waited that toggle turn green like the others before making the tests. I've also tested after a reset, and it still has problems.
  3. @Marcos F5 doesn't work. @itman I've tried it in a fresh Windows 10 VM on these different browsers: Firefox 77.0.1 Chrome 83.0.4103.116 Edge 83.0.478.56 In all tests, before installing ESET Smart Security, the sites were presenting no problems, after installing (and waiting for Web Access Control to finish loading), the JavaScript files started coming scrambled accross all browsers, and after uninstalling ESET, it all went back to normal. Another symptom in https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com, besides the lack of dictionary change option, is that the search bar doesn't really work when this issue occurs.
  4. @Nightowl no, no detection message. However, by disabling Web Access Control, both websites work 100%. @Marcos In Oxford's dictionary, for example, we should be able to click an arrow in the yellow box where it says "English" to change the dictionary to "American English".
  5. Hello, I'm using ESET Smart Security Premium 13.1.21.0 and I've noticed that ESET with Web Access Protection activated would block the JavaScript from these two online dictionaries: https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/ (every time) https://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/power_1 (sometimes) I've my ESET on the default configuration for every tool and I have no clue from the GUI-accesible logs of what exactly is happening. Can you please help me?
