It seems to be the Real Time Scanner causing the stop in mail flow. I don't know where to find the "Log Collector" in the new version. I ran a "SysInspector" log collection and I will send that to you via PM. The only other "Log" tools I see in the new version is the "Log Files" link on the left which opens the logs by type of occurrence (event, scans, etc.). Is that what you are looking for?
