I'm having the same problem (Crashes and problem with Esets_proxy) since the latest update (a few days ago) of Eset. I have not had this problem with the former version. The problem seems to occur when Time Machine is backing up on an external Harddisk. Reinstalling did not make any difference. I have installed the former version (5.0.115.0) now.
