  1. Hi, This is in continuation to our topic "Potential unwanted application detection". I agree that ESET has some criteria for potentially unwanted applications (PUA) and we just want you to make an exception for our applications as those are not the potential threats and mere registry cleaner applications. If you want us to send the application setup again for verification, please let us know. Looking forward to a positive reply and detection removal as this is impacting our sales. Thanks & Regards, Ascentive Tech Group
  2. Hi, I have reported the same to ESET as per the instructions hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN141. Thanks & Regards, Ascentive Tech Group
  3. Hi, Our Registry Cleaner application (PC SpeedScan Pro) is detected as a variant of Win32/Ascentive potentially unwanted application. Source of software: hxxp://www.ascentive.com/products/pcspeedscan/ Name of developer: Ascentive LLC. Name and version of application: SpeedScan.setup.exe (7.9.8) This application is not malware. We know it is being detected as an unwanted application which is an optional detecton. Therefore, we request you to remove our software from your optional detection database. Please find attached the snapshot of your online scanner results. Let me know incase you need anything else. Looking forward to a prompt reply/action from your side. Thanks & Regards, Ascentive Tech Group
