    this is the problem i am facing now. this screen shot can help you to solve my problem.

    When I am trying to start ESET it is initializing and after that it says to install new version or upgraded version when i say confirm it says that i have already installed a new version and that is true. but i cant scan my PC or run the ESET programme.
