How long does it takes to respond to email sent to samples@eset.com? It seems responding takes too long. I expect an answer within 24 hours, especcially when ESET is the only one blacklisting the domain. First mail sent 5 days ago. I just sent a second mail, please respond. If the ESET is blocking a site it would be nice to give the cause for blocking.
