Remove or reset uninstall password for ESET File Security

Ignore this - The IT supplier has managed to supply a password -
Hi, We have just taken on a new customer who has ESET File Security installed on their server. When we remove it it's asking for an uninstall password which the previous IT supplier did not supply. This is on a server and we're remote so we can't really use the ESET force removal utility as we can't risk losing network connectivity. Is there any way around the uninstall password? Tim.
