Same issue for me, except I wasn't browsing at the time. I did, however, have Chrome running in the background. The way I determined that NOD32 was the culprit was just by pressing Alt+Space when the focus was stolen and choosing "Maximize" - the NOD32 window was then shown and maximized on the screen. Hoping this will indeed be fixed in the coming update. 😃
