  2. We have around 300 Macbook Pros that we've installed Eset Endpoint antivirus. Randomly I'm getting complaints from techs that our users are experiencing random lockups and slowness. When they look in Activity monitor its always Eset pegging out the processor or the disk. We have around 500 PCs in the same environment with zero issues. It's a mixed bag of Mac OS versions that have the issue.... from 10.12 to 10.14 with no real pattern. On those with 10.14 I have pushed a PPPC profile and granted Eset full disk access. It works flawlessly on my Mac with 10.14. I'm kind of at a loss as to where to start. The people complaining aren't getting infected or anything like that, it happens when they are just doing basic teacher work. (I work in a K-12). We do have ESET security management center in a VM and all the macs are running current version of both the agent and the antivirus. Any ideas on where to start?
