ok thanks for your replies. the system has been rebooted several times since installing ESET. Yes, we are running win 10 and fast startup enabled. we havent tried using the banking page on this machine before as it is brand new and came with eset installed by computer company. but we dont have problems loading any other banking pages, just he ANZ page. will try temporarily disabling protocol filtering in the advanced setup and see if that makes any difference...what would this point to if i was able to get the page to load please?
