Well reinstalling three times over helped for some reason.

Hello, my issue started couple of weeks ago. Whenever I start my laptop or desktop PC, my Chrome automatically opens on Windows start with this page "https://help.eset.com/eav/12/en-US/idh_page_scan.html", suppose the culprit is NOD 32 itself, but I have no clue why it would open computer scan page every Windows startup. Is there any way how to disable it?
