HI I MEAN THAT I TRY TO DOWNLOAD FILES WITH THE EXTENSION OF ZIP OR PDF OR EXE FROM OUR SUPPLAIER OF FREQUENCY CONVERTERS WEB PAGE. THE FILES ARE SOFTWARE AND MANUAL FOR THEIR PRODUCTS. I SEND THEM A MASSAGE AND THEY REPLAY THAT THE LINK THAT I USE FOR DOWNLOAD IS WORKING AND THE PROBLEM IS IN MY COMPUTER. SO I TRY TO STOP THE ESET LIKE I WROTE IN THE PREVIOUS MAIL AND IT WORK.

hi i have eset endpoint antivirus v6.6.2078.5, windows 7 pro 64 bit. i try to download zip file ,pdf file and exe file from controll technic site and all the downloads stop at 99% for a while and then stop . when i try to pause protection it didnt help, only after i go into the advance parameters and stop everything i could download the files. i have also two windows update that i can not install ,it start download and then i get the fail massage , when i try to do all the above it didnt help. how can i fix the eset so i the download want stop at 99% without stopping everything? can eset be the cause for me not succiding installing the windows update? please help thanks
