Dear Marcos Thank you for you answer. I have some question about upgrading ERA process from ERA Server 5.1.38 to ERA server 5.3.39. Is that have an effect to the existing policy and databases?

Now i got this problem (as attach). I will uninstall the console version 5.3.39 and install console version 5.1.39. If you have any way to solved it. please give me. Thank you.
