So I've lost my ESET Internet Security's parental password and as such cannot access the advanced settings. I googled how to fix that it led me to ESET knowledge-base article "https://support.eset.com/kb333/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US"
I followed the steps which involve downloading and running the ESET Unlock Utility and submitting a support ticket with the code that shows up when you run the utility.
I run into a problem here, with the problem being that the support ticket doesn't go through as you need to be from North America (I'm from India) to submit it there and instead gives you link to here https://www.eset.com/int/business/partner/find/
The thing is the link on Indian version of site links back to the same Knowledge-base article mentioned above. So it feels like I'm running in circles
Would really appreciate some help here.
