Thank you for your reply. I know I must sound really dim but I cannot find a way to uninstall my ESET application, it does not appear in my control panel, as shown below. I have also tried the ESET AV remover (which did not find the application to remove it either), but I clearly have the application installed. Thanks

Hi, I've been trying to update my product for the last few days, without any success. We have the ESET Multi-device Security Pack, running ESET Smart Security on the PC. The version installed at present is version: 10.1.235.0. The update seems to get installed on the system, but then it gets as far as the uploaded image (waiting for Windows configuration) and does not get any further. My PC runs on Windows 10. Any suggestions? Thanks
