Where can i find the logs? ESET was uninstalled from computer.

...and this...so ran the specialized cleaner...and nothing. Next steps?

Good afternoon: Windows 7 machine, giving me the "important message" warning...(see attached). When I click on the "Turn on now" the action center asks if I trust the publisher. I select yes...nothing happens. And I don't see ESET in the system tray. Thoughts? Thanks, D.
