Okay, Here's what I've got

Please advise if I need any extra tools to run the ESET scanner download from Facebook. I could download the application, but when I try to open and run, only a black screen pops up for 1 second. [Samsung Laptop, Windows 8.1, link won't open/run in Chrome or Opera browser] The file downloads but won't open.
