Generate new certificate

I revoke the old certification center because the last Admin no left passwords. I have generated NEW Certification Authorities and new NEW Peer Certificates. Agent installation ends with an ERROR:

Hi My WAN addresses have changed. I have revoked old certificates. I generated new without giving IP addresses "*". Computers report a certification error. How to generate properly step by step certificates?
