I bought six "ESET Multi-Device Security Pack" licenses a short while ago, but my son's Kindle Fire, which already had a Mobile Security license, has not picked up the new license. The old license is s going to expire in two or three days. How can I get it to pick up the new license? When I click on the "Trial expiring soon" link on the Home screen (and why "Trial"?), it displays "Checking license. Please wait..." and never returns. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
