Hello, Our software is flagged as "Potential Threat" by eset NOD32 AV6 when downloaded from our domain. The software itself is definitely not infected, and passes all scans we can come up with, it's even rated clean by ESET itself on virustotal.com. I have tried to submit a false positive report as per instructions, including numerous emails to samples@eset.com , but I have never received an answer since September 17th, more than 2 weeks ago. The last one was sent on 27th Sept (12:32 CET) titled "False Positive" as requested, it contains all details required. Any chance of getting a response to this issue?
