[ESET Upgrade from 5.x to 6]

Sorry for confusion.

Currently we are having 

1. one ERA 5 server.

2. And arround 200 client ( eset end point antivirus and eset file security) those are reporting to ERA 5 server.

 

So i need to uninstall all 200 clients before doing upgrading from ERA 5 to 6?

A small question, I have gone through the reference link and i think i can upgrade now from 5 to 6.

Before uninstall ERA 5 , we need to uninstall all version 5 agents ? or they will automatically get upgrade from 5 to 6 after upgrading to ERA 5 to 6?

Recently i have pushed eset endpoint 5 to arround 30-40 machines.

But since 2 days ago we have seen the following error on only one machine.

Hi,

 

Currently console version 5.1.34 is running.

3 eset clients are showing last conencted as "one week ago" , but when i go check on individual client and virus signature database is uptodate.

Tried delete client from ERAC Console and its giving error " client not deleted"

I have checked logs and found the following thing

<SESSION_ERROR> CCServiceRoutine(HandleClient): Failed client handling, code: 3

Can anyone please help me with this?

So is there any way to fix without upgrading to latest version at the moment?
