Recently we have had an issue (perhaps following update to Office 365 / Outlook Build 16.0.9001.2144) where our quoting system which passes email via MAPI to Outlook all looking OK until the send button is pressed when the message body disappears leaving a blank email to be sent (attachments remain in place)
Work around is to disable email scanning on 'sent email' then the mail goes out as intended - suggesting eset is the cause of this trouble.
Any suggestions for preventing this issue with out skipping scanning of sent emails please?

Our file server has ESET 6.5.12014.0 (just upgraded it and re started to be sure) and we do not yet have KB4056892 showing up as installed or available in windows update.

Endpoint Antivirus - Tools - Running Processes - crashes
Trying to use the 'Running Processes' Tool causes eset endpoint antivirus to crash and re-start - should I be worried?

Looked up the exchange version on our connection --> 15.20.464.16 <-- this is Office 365 and the version seems newer than their list of versions published in December: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh135098(v=exchg.150).aspx
