We use Endpoint protection 5.0.2126 with central administration (http update server) and we have same problem with updating (every new) client. After installation on Windows 10 (1703) and setting update server to our internal server, update of virus database failed. When I use steps in section Clear Update cache (hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3504/?locale=en_US), updating start to work again. But I have to do this on every new client I installed. When set updating of client to official ESET servers, updating is running fine. So is there some clever solution (some setting on our update server maybe, that I am missing?)
