I work for a company whose main website was infected by malware earlier this week (June 6). Our tech team is adamant that the malware threat has been located and eliminated.
The threat was identified by ESET and a handful of other scan sites. After contacting all of those sites, a majority of them have re-scanned and determined that the threat no longer exists.
However, despite several emails, I have received no response from ESET and our site remains blacklisted.
Do I have any other options for contacting ESET beyond samples@eset.com?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
