I don't understand which characters are gibberish. After installing, I noticed no gibberish characters.

Clicking on update button has no result. I tried at different times. I clicked it 10 times and more at each turn.

I downloaded offline update from hxxp://download.eset.com/download/engine/ess/offline_update_ess.zip. How could I apply it to my ESET Smart Security version 10 ? My OS is windows 8. Regards
