I can reach the activation servers with a ping command Pinging register.wip.eset.com [91.228.167.125] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 91.228.167.125: bytes=32 time=627ms TTL=48 Reply from 91.228.167.125: bytes=32 time=193ms TTL=48 Reply from 91.228.167.125: bytes=32 time=192ms TTL=48 Reply from 91.228.167.125: bytes=32 time=201ms TTL=48 Hence i do not see why it still gives that error

When i try to activate eset file security on one of my windows servers i get an error code ECP.20004. I have cleared update cache and also used the " netsh winsock reset " command but still to no avail. Please i need help asap.
