  1. Unfortunately these two licenses were not purchased from the same retailer. In that case, I guess my only option is to just use the new license when the old one expires. Is there an expiration date on un-activated licenses?
  2. My family and I are currently using a 5-device Internet Security license and it is valid until 7/30/2024. Last year, I purchased another 1-year 5-device license for ESET Internet Security (April of 2022) on Newegg. I'm looking for a way to combine this license and all future license purchases to the same account for ease of management on all my family's computers. Do I just go into my.eset.com/licenses and add this new license to the account and it will automatically activate the one year after 7/30/24? Or does this method activate the new license simultaneously with the existing license (e.g. both license timers are activated simultaneously)? If the above method does not do what I'm hoping it does, is there a way to stack licenses to the same account for ease of management? If the only option is to activate when the old license expires, does my newly purchases licenses expire within a certain time if left un-activated? Thanks for any help you can provide!
  3. I ran the scan as administrator though and I am the administrator. What about the archive damaged message? Is it a false positive?
  4. Hello Eset Gurus, I'm new to ESET smart security and had a few questions after running an in-depth scan. After checking the log, I noticed two "archive damaged - the file could not be extracted" messages. Both were in the same directory: C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\lgsfmouhid.inf_amd64_7704a84ec2ea5556\LkmdfCoInst.dll » CAB » Microsoft Kernel-Mode Driver Framework Install-v1.9-Vista.msu C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\lgsfusbfilt.inf_amd64_c58ae453c0b215ec\LkmdfCoInst.dll » CAB » Microsoft Kernel-Mode Driver Framework Install-v1.9-Vista.msu I did a google search and it seems they are drivers for a logitech mouse? I could be wrong. Should I be worried that the archive is damaged? If so, how can I fix the archive? My second question is that the in-depth scan (as administrator) had a lot of errors trying to open files. Although the scan came up negative for threats, could a threat be hidden in one of these files ESET failed to open? I've attached the scan log below in case it is needed and thank you guys so much for your help!
