  1. Hi, I tested the anti-theft service by marking my device as missing because I was getting very spotty results using the test. The good news is that marking it as missed did indeed reboot the laptop after a while and booted me directly into the phantom account. I've changed the status from missing to recovered, but the problem is that I'm stuck getting booted into the phantom account. Each time it does that, I get a notification that suspicious activity took place because somebody (me) booted into the phantom account. I tried deleting the phantom account but that doesn't seem to do the trick. I also don't have access to the actual eset program in the phantom account so can't turn off the anti-theft service that way. Please help me get back into my normal profile as I currently can't access any of it. Thanks, August
  2. 99% certain I did, but don't remember. That being said, there does not seem to be a way to stop the test. It's still running. Even deleting the phantom account and the laptop and then adding everything back did not solve anything. The test just gets stuck in "still running"
  3. Just enabled the anti theft service on my new laptop, created a phantom account, ran the test. The test seems to be stuck as it keeps running and running, for hours now... Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, August
