Naah the problem is ESET smart security 9 is showing me that Anti-Theft is active but when i sign in with my ID on my.eset.com it shows me to purchase or try free trial of anti-theft service (( :'-(| ))

once i deleted my eset account but now i registered with the same ID again nut why am i not able to use my anti-theft service ?? will i ever be able to use my anti-theft service again?i still have one year of subscription left!!
