Duplicate IP error for a small MFC printer in the network DHCP is on and conflict detection is turned on in the DHCP server. arp -a shows no duplicate addresses. How can I know if this is an ESET glitch or a real threat?

We are changing the server infrastructure and we are going to put the file share server on the Domain Controller 2012R2. I see a tech net article warning about putting AV software on DC servers but it's talking about Server 2008 https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc816917(v=ws.10).aspx Has anyone had issues with ESET on a 2012R2 domain controller server that's also the file server. Note ERA does not work in our environment.
