I want to ask is eset can prevent computer going to sleep mode while scanning. I don't want to change my balance power saving whenever I scan my pc

I have already try with avast and it not let my pc go into sleep mode. So I think the problem is from eset. Is it have configuration that prevent pc from go into sleep mode while scanning

My laptop has i3 4005U, Ram 4G and using window 10 pro. It affect both http and https site and. Every browser have the same problem. And I used to installed avast, it is smoother. If I turn off filter or web protection, will it reduce protection of eset?

I have installed eset 10 internet security but it causes lag when I'm surfing. Especially, when I'm playing game or surfing facebook in browser it always make me annoyed. Yeah! That's the only way. But I think eset should have feature removing threat from archive instead of deleting whole archive like that. This would make eset greater. Every other antivirus like avast, kaspersky... have this feature. But after all, thank you for viewing my post

This is a file sent by my friend. There is a video and a text which is clean and a potential unwanted program. Eset has deleted that whole archive. I want to get a pdf file but I afraid of that threat file so I don't want to extract that archive file. Is that any problem with my eset? I set cleaning option to Normal clean.

Eset clean my whole archive when it detect a threat although I set it to Normal cleaning. I want eset just delete the infected file not my whole archive. Please show me how to config it. Thanks
