Same problem here with 9.0.386.0. Help/about page shows that the most recent signatures are installed, but Update page shows an old 'last successful update' date and a warning about being out of date. Have tried a fresh install after using ESET Uninstaller to clean, but problem returned after a week or so. Manifesting under Win7x64 and Win10x64 on various PCs. PCs still on v* not experiencing any problem. Pretty disappointed with v9 so far.
