I have the exact same problem. Last update from the virus definitions was 31/07 (Update 13722 - 20160628). So the virus update is 7 days old and the database is more than month old. But when I click on update... It says that virus database is up to date...no update necessary. Tried to empty the cache etc... but didn't help. any suggestions?
