  1. Hi, I've found the removal task straight forward. However the task seems to sit as running rather than complete in the web console? I've checked a few machines and the RA has been removed, but the job hasn't updated to complete. I get that as the RA is no longer present, perhaps it can't report back, but surely looking for an event viewer entry or some such could allow this status to be updated?
  2. Good question - im not 100% where i should be looking for those :S
  3. I had the same issue, kinda. I'm having to get to the machines manually and re-do them. I've found that NOT having all the latest Windows updates on machines has caused massive problems and WSUS was also shafted on those (Windows 10 install without a Cumulative update past September 2016)
  4. Hello, I have this set via GPO to install 6.5 to all machines on my network. If the machine is a NEW machine, it installs fine (and then kicks off the Application install via dynamic groups). However - for older machines that may have been sat in the store room and have 6.4 still on them, it does not upgrade the client. I have tried using the ESET uninstaller on safe mode on these machines, and it uninstalls the agent and the client OK, but doesn't kick off the GPO task upon reboot. They sit in the Agent console as the attached. Am i going wrong somewhere? I can do this manually and install the agent from the sysvol location on the GPO and then the client does install automatically, but that's not the point of the GPO install i guess.
  5. Hi, I have just installed the Remote Administrator and have attempted top push out the agent. I have selected all my machines in the relevant OU and triggered the event. This morning is has pushed to 90 machines. However, some will have been off - but will have been switched on this morning. Should the 'invoke asap if event missed' parameters deploy to these automatically?
