Hi, we followed instructions provided, sent info to samples@eset.com and there is really nothing back. First request was made in May! Is there any way to get an attention????

Hi, sent a request to whitelist client's website after we removed malware and hardened setup, first request May 30 and second Jun 14, still no response... Followed instruction on hxxp://support.eset.com/kb141/?&page=content&id=SOLN141 Any suggestions?
