Well, RECYCLER is a Recycle Bin folder, and the sub-folder beneath it, S-5-3-42-2819952290-8240758988-879315005-3665, indicates which user deleted that file: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/171694 So emptying the recycle bin should get rid of that jwgkvsq.vmx file, but if S-5-3-42-2819952290-8240758988-879315005-3665 is a different user then you might need to log into Windows as that other user, and empty the recycle bin there, too.
  2. I just encountered a horrible bug in ESET Online Scanner.
