  1. Cheers for that Marcos. I don't believe we do have one but I changed the value in my example for "DynamicDefenseThreshold" if that makes a difference in regards to your query.
  2. Hi, We've had a request from one of our customers for the settings for their Eset endpoints to provide to an auditor. Just wondering if I'm missing something. I can't seem to find a way to export settings in a readable way to provide to this 3rd party so they can take a look at the settings other than a raw xml fileexport from the endpoint/a dat export from the ESMC of a policy. Just wondering if there is something like the old configuration editor that can be used to easily view the settings in versions 6/7? i.e. something I can provide to the auditor so they don't have to try to decipher "DynamicDefenseThreshold" VALUE="4B" from an exported xml file. Cheers.
  3. Hi Michal, Thanks for the reply. I've tried reinstalling over the top with an msi and transforms file on a couple of test Windows 10 workstations. Based on the below KB implying that its possible. hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3701/ Using the below msiexec command as an example: msiexec.exe /i "C:\Folder\ERAgent_x64.msi" /qn /l*v "C:\Folder\ra-agent-install.log" TRANSFORMS="C:\Folder\Test.mst" The above files are in their applicable folder but I'm getting 1603 and 1625 errors when running it. The above installs our agent if I uninstall the other agent software first.
  4. Hi, We're migrating a customer currently with managed version 6 from another provider to our own version 6 ERAS server. We were looking to replace their Eset Remote Agent with our own. Just wondering if there's a easy/seamless way to do this outside of the ERAS? We've tested and tried to install our ERA msi and mft over the top and this hasn't worked. Just wondering if the prior remote agent has to be uninstalled and/or computer restarted before installing our ERA or if there is a way to install over the top? Cheers.
  5. Hi, Just wondering if anyone has an suggestions on/if they had implemented limits in the real-time scanning/on-demand for limits on scanning for file size. I'm wondering for performance if defaults should be left alone or if there is a maximum size whereby the real/on-demand modules have issues scanning above. If anyone has any comments or implemented this and would like to share, would be appreciated.
