Hi. Whenever I try to open the banking shortcut i get the cmd window flash and the browser doesn't open nor does the banking option from the program itself. I get this "Associated error code: 0x847695d0" when I try and access a site I've added in the list that the protected browser should open for. I'm using the latest Firefox version. EDIT: It fixed itself after I restarted the pc.

Hello. I'm trying to set up parental control in ESS 9 but once enabled it blocks access to all the websites, except for eset.com. I've searched the forum and there's a thread about setting the DNS to Google but it didn't work. Help please.
