    I have 3 computers using ESET Smart Security 8 but they do not auto update to 9. Why is that?

    I have ESET Smart Security 9 on 2 of my computers but the Banking & Protection feature does not respect my ad blocker and other add-ins to Firefox 43.0.4. I don't want bank ads and trackers to work within this feature. How do I fix this?
