  1. Dear ESET.

I have question about License expiration notice mail.

I'm using ESET File Security Linux 4.0.8.
    OS is RHEL6.

The mail I notify of the 30 days before license expiration date was received.

    Therefore
    I renewed a license file.
    > /opt/eset/esets/sbin/esets_lic --import=~/esets_?????.lic

But License expiration notice mail doesn't stop.

    >  Note that the following license will expire in 15 day(s):
    >
    >    LICENSE ID: ????????
    >    PRODUCT NAME: ESET File Security
    >    EXPIRATION DATE: 2015-12-31 09:00:00
    >    FILE NAME: /etc/opt/eset/esets/license/esets_?????.lic

    Why doesn't a mail stop?

    And
When it's left just as it is, what happens?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. Hello,

Thank you for your response .

    > for future release, error codes will be "translated" to human readable format so that users can diagnose most common errors at least.

    That's good.

    Well something of it's expected.

    > Error code 13317 (0x3405) "A required module failed to download" is most probably caused by file download error -> I guest it failed to download one or more files from mirror

    That's right.

    > ... are there any other errors in the output?

No. There are no other errors.

It's excuse me by an another incident.

What is the meaning of "error code: 8449" ?
  3. Dear ESET.

I have question about Mirror tool.
Is there a status code list?

    For example.
When a mirror tool has been started in linux.
The following is shown to an output end.

Error: Perform full mirror failed with error code: 13317

What is the meaning of "13317" ?

If there is a status code list.
    I'd like to acquire that.

    Thanks in advance.

  4. Dear ESET.

I have question about Mirror tool.

is there a way to check normal finish of mirror tool ?

    For example.

When a mirror tool has been started in linux.

The following is shown to an output end.

          Downloading file: em036_64_n9.nup. Downloaded: 100 %
Update status for product 'ep6' changed to: Updating
Update status for product 'ep6' changed to: Finished

Can I judge an end by a key word as "Finished" and "100%" ?

    Thanks in advance.
